Overview
Villa Ventura is a modern and stylish four-bedroom retreat situated in the sought-after Kalamar Bay district. Designed with a sleek, open-plan aesthetic, the villa features a spacious L-shaped living area and a designer kitchen centred around a social island. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors flood the space with light and provide effortless access to the outdoors, making it a perfect haven for families or groups seeking a sophisticated Mediterranean escape.
The accommodation is thoughtfully arranged over three levels, offering three elegant en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, each with a private balcony overlooking the turquoise waters of the bay. The top floor houses a secluded double bedroom set beneath the eaves, which opens onto one of two impressive roof terraces. These elevated vantage points, complete with sun loungers, offer the ultimate spot to admire the iconic silhouettes of Mouse and Snake Islands.
Outside, the infinity pool serves as the villa’s centrepiece, featuring an integral Jacuzzi and a shallow section for relaxing. The terrace is fully equipped for the outdoor lifestyle, boasting a shaded dining pergola, a portable BBQ, and a variety of comfortable seating from swing chairs to plush sofas. With optional pool heating and a prime location, Villa Ventura delivers a polished and memorable holiday experience in the heart of Kalkan.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The entrance door leads into a spacious L-shaped open plan living space with a large L-shaped sofa and armchair set around a coffee table together with a smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the villa’s pool terrace.
The well-equipped kitchen has an island fitted with a gas hob, extractor fan and a washing machine with three bar chairs. There is also a dishwasher, fridge freezer, built-in microwave and electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and water cooler.
A dining table to comfortably seat 8 is provided and sliding doors give access to the pool terrace.
A guest cloakroom can also be found on this level.
First Floor
There are three bedrooms on this floor; the first is a double with an en-suite shower room accessed through the dressing area which has fitted cupboards. Sliding doors lead out to a private sea view balcony that’s furnished with 2 chairs and a table.
The second bedroom is a twin with an en-suite shower room that’s accessed through opaque sliding doors. There is also a private balcony with 2 chairs and small table from which to enjoy the sea views.
The third bedroom is a double with en-suite shower room that has a marble seat within the shower. Sliding doors access the private sea view balcony that’s furnished with two chairs and a table.
All the bedrooms have a wardrobe and dressing table with mirror.
Second Floor
This floor has a double bedroom set beneath the eaves with an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out to the first of the villa’s two roof terraces.
The second roof terrace is accessed through a glass door on the landing and this is furnished with two sun loungers from which to enjoy the views of the bay and the two islands.
Outside The Villa
The pool terrace has partial sea views with 6 sun loungers spaced around the infinity pool which has a shallow section and integral Jacuzzi. Pool heating can be arranged on request and at additional cost (please ask for details at the time of booking). There is also a swing chair, two bean bag chairs and a comfy sofa set provided.
Beneath a pergola to the side of the villa, is a dining table with 8 chairs to enjoy al fresco dining, together with a portable BBQ.
There is also an outside shower for guests’ use.
