The well-equipped kitchen has a large breakfast bar/table with 6 seats, water cooler/dispenser, fridge freezer, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an expresso coffee machine with milk frother.

The washing machine is located in a cupboard under the stairs, along with two drying racks, iron and ironing board.

A double bedroom with en-suite facilities is also located on this floor.

There is also a guest cloak room / WC on this level.

Stairs lead up to the first floor which houses two spacious bedrooms; one double and one twin (the beds in the twin room can be converted into a king size bed if preferred).

Both bedrooms have their own en-suite shower rooms, and private balconies with panoramic views, furnished with coffee table and chairs.

This level contains the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to the private furnished roof terrace.

The private furnished roof terrace has sea and mountain views, seating area, umbrella, and double size swing.

This building is separately accessed from the main part of the the villa via a door on the access road next to the gate which leads to the main villa, and houses a media room with 64” flat screen smart 4K ultra TV (with IPTV, so you can live stream all your favourite British channels), large speaker, play station console, plus comfortable reclining seats.

There’s also a gym, spinning bike, multi gym, and a selection of weights and a pool table.

Both the media room and the gym are fully air conditioned.

Very spacious terrace area with large swimming pool that has an integrated Jacuzzi, Roman style steps and a shallow area. The pool has a heating facility – additional charges apply for this. (Please ask for details at the time of booking).

Outside dining area and seating set are each covered with a shady pergola. There are cushioned sun loungers and parasols on the main terrace, plus a single ‘egg’ chair.

A BBQ and table tennis table are located to the side of the terrace.
