Overview
Villa Greenwich is a striking contemporary retreat, perfectly positioned in the elevated Kiziltas area to showcase breathtaking panoramic views across Kalkan Bay. Designed to maximise light and space, the villa features floor-to-ceiling glass and elegant interiors, creating a calm and luxurious atmosphere throughout.
The property comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms, all enjoying sea views. The master suite occupies the top floor and opens onto a private roof terrace, while an additional roof terrace features a Jacuzzi, bar and stylish seating – ideal for sunset cocktails overlooking the bay.
Outside, a spacious pool terrace invites relaxed days and evenings, with a large swimming pool, shaded dining area, BBQ and table tennis. Villa Greenwich offers refined comfort, exceptional views and an unforgettable Kalkan escape

Ground Floor
The ground floor comprises of a comfortable open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen / dining area and a separate WC.
The living area contains a comfortable open plan living area with large L shaped sofa and flat screen TV. The well-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with bar stool seating. A water cooler, fridge freezer, luxury wine fridge, built in oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and cafetiere are also provided (the washing machine can be found in the understairs cupboard). There is also a separate seating area to the side of the breakfast bar with swivel armchairs.
Glass sliding doors lead out from the kitchen area onto the pool terrace.
There is also a guests’ cloak room with WC on this level.
First Floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor and large landing with a seating area. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 can be found on this floor; two spacious doubles and a twin bedroom, all of which have their own en-suite shower rooms. Both double bedrooms have sea view balconies, furnished with a table and chairs (bedroom 1 also has an ‘egg’ chair on the balcony).
Second Floor
Bedroom 4; the master bedroom suite occupies the whole of the top floor, with a double bed and en-suite shower room. The room has direct access to the private furnished roof terrace, with its own sun loungers, two comfortable rattan ‘egg’ chairs and amazing sea views.
Roof Terrace
The roof terrace has its own entrance (not connected to the master bedroom) plus Jacuzzi, comfortable seating group with coffee table, a bar with bar stools, fridge, coffee machine, glasses, ice bucket etc.
Outside The Villa
The terrace area has a large swimming pool accessed via roman steps. A large al-fresco dining area is covered with a shady pergola, cushioned sun loungers and parasols are provided for relaxing, and another comfortable seating group is located at the edge of the pool terrace.
There is also a BBQ and a table tennis located to the side of the villa.

- The villa is accessed via a number of steps down from the road, so may not be suitable for guests with restricted mobility
- Pool towels are provided for guests’ use
- Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided; if staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided)
- The pool and gardens are tended daily
