This floor is dedicated to three bedrooms. The twin room has a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. This room has a Juliette balcony with mountain views.

At the front of the villa on this floor are two double bedrooms. The 'Blue' double bedroom has a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the shared balcony which is furnished with chairs and side tables with views of the sea across the surrounding roof tops.

The third bedroom on this floor is the 'Red' double bedroom which has a wall mounted TV, built in wardrobe, dressing table with stool and an en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to the above-mentioned shared balcony with partial sea views.

At the top of the stairs is a glass door leading to the roof terrace allowing separate access from the double bedroom on this level. At the rear of the villa is a mature garden with a grassed area, plus table tennis for those guests who enjoy being a little more energetic!

The villa is accessed up stone steps from the street below and there is off street parking available.
