The living area is open plan with a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and water cooler. The dining table seats 8 and beyond is a large L-shaped sofa with flat screen TV. There is a further small seating area with a small sofa and coffee table.

Sliding doors lead to the pool terrace.

There is also a separate cloakroom for guests' use on the landing between this level and the bedrooms on the lower ground floor.

This level has two bedrooms and under the stairs, is a utility room with washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests’ use.

The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room, wardrobe and dressing table. A glass door leads to the shared patio outside.

The twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a glass door that leads to the shared patio outside. This has some seating and table tennis for those guests who feel more energetic!

This level has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with en-suite shower room. There is a shared balcony that runs the width of the villa and this is furnished with a table and chairs to enjoy the views. Each bedroom also has a further private balcony to the side.

Stairs lead to the roof terrace which has fabulous views across the bay. This recently refurbished area includes a bar / kitchenette, Jacuzzi, comfy seating and sun loungers.

The infinity pool has steps for access and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The outside dining table seats 8 guests and there is a portable BBQ to help prepare those al-fresco meals.
