The entrance of the villa leads to an open plan living space that is light and airy. There is a cloakroom provided just behind the front door and 3 steps lead down to the living, dining and kitchen areas.

The living area has two comfy sofas with a flat screen TV plus a further armchair and side tables in the conservatory that has sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace. When these are open, the room merges with the outside space where you'll find an L-shaped seating area beneath the olive trees.

The dining area has a table with 4 chairs and the kitchen is well equipped with appliances such as an electric hob, built-in oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as a water cooler.

Sliding doors lead out from the kitchen on to the pool terrace.

There is also a double bedroom on this level with dressing table, mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

There are three bedrooms on this level:

The first double bedroom has a dressing table and built-in wardrobes with a glass door to access the shared balcony. This bedroom shares the large family bathroom on this level, which has a bath-tub with integral shower.

The master bedroom has a large double bed with sliding doors to the shared balcony that has 2 comfy wicker chairs and a coffee table from which to enjoy the sea views. There is is also a dressing table and built-in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.

The third double bedroom on this floor has a dressing table and wardrobes with views of the rear garden below. This bedroom shares the family bathroom on this level.

Shore House benefits from having a spacious roof terrace which is equipped with an outdoor kitchenette complete with dishwasher and fridge. There is also a built in BBQ and a dining table that can comfortably seat 8. A large L-shaped sofa is provided from which to enjoy the views across to Kalkan Bay.

On the ground floor level is a pool with integral steps set within decking with a swing chair. There are 6 sun loungers and a table to seat 8 for al-fresco dining, together with a further built in BBQ.

The L-shaped seating area by the pool, offers a comfortable place to relax within the well established gardens that surround the villa. There is also an additional raised terrace area with cushioned seating set around a fire pit; ideal for the cooler nights in Kalkan at the beginning and end of season.

The communal pool is a few minutes’ walk away.
