The front door opens into the open plan living area with a dining table that seats 8 guests and a comfortable sofa and two arm chairs around a coffee table and a large flat-screen TV. The well equipped kitchen has a microwave, separate oven and gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, water cooler, toaster and kettle. There is a convenient door from the kitchen area leading out to the al-fresco dining area. Sliding glass doors lead out from the living area onto the pool terrace.

This floor also has a shower room / cloakroom for guests use.

Stairs lead down to the utility area on this floor that has a washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests use. For families, there is also a buggy, high chair and travel cot – please let us know if you wish to use these items during your stay.

This floor is dedicated to three bedrooms. The 'Blue' twin room has an en-suite shower room and its own private L-shaped balcony with 2 chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views (the balcony is accessed by a glass door, so if this room is being used by young children, it is possible to lock this door securely from the inside). There is also a TV in this bedroom as well.

Next door, is the 'Green' double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a private balcony. Again there are 2 chairs and a table from which to enjoy the sea views.

The third bedroom on this floor is the 'Red' Master suite which has an en-suite shower room and sliding doors leading out onto a private balcony with fabulous views across to Kalkan Bay. There are also 2 chairs and a table on the balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or good book.

This level has two further bedrooms. The 'Purple' twin bedroom has a picturesque round window to the rear and en-suite shower room. The private balcony is accessed through a glass door and is furnished with 2 chairs and a table. Behind the beds is a separate walled area useful for storing away suitcases, or it provides a great hiding place for children!

Across the landing is a spacious double 'Orange' bedroom with en-suite wet room and separate Jacuzzi bath. Sliding doors lead out onto the roof terrace which as incredible views across Kalkan bay to the islands. There's a shaded comfy seating area on the roof terrace, as well as 2 chairs and a table from which to enjoy a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.

Please note that as the bedrooms on this level are built into the eaves, the ceilings may be limited in height in some areas.

The villa is accessed up stone steps from the street below through a metal gate. The pool terrace has 10 sun loungers and 3 parasols around the large freshwater pool* that has ladder-style steps for access.

The mature walled garden gives privacy and the covered decking on the grass offers a wonderful escape from the heat of the day.

There is a large dining table with 10 chairs beneath a pergola for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ is also provided.

The garden at the rear of the villa has 2 comfy chairs and 2 bean bag on which to relax and enjoy a quiet space for reading perhaps.

There is also a table tennis at the front of the villa for those guests who enjoy being a little more energetic!
