Accommodation
First Floor
The apartment has its own entrance on street level and stairs lead up to the open plan living area comprising a kitchen/diner with an L-shaped sofa and cushioned bench with an extendable table for dining. In the kitchen there is an oven, electric hob with an extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is also a wall mounted TV.
There is a separate shower room with wc and basin shared by the two bedrooms on this level as well.
Both the twin and the double bedrooms have a wardrobe, a bedside table and a wall mounted TV with views over the old town.
Second Floor
A staircase from the first floor landing leads up to a third bedroom; a double with en-suite shower room (please note that this floor is built into the eaves of the property, so ceiling height is limited in some areas).
A kitchenette / utility area (with washing machine and small fridge) can also be found on this floor.
Roof Terrace
The apartment’s roof terrace is accessed from the second floor, which is complete with plunge pool, comfortable seating under a pergola with a table, BBQ and sun-loungers. The old town ambience and sea views over the rooftops can be enjoyed from this terrace.

- Pool dimensions are approximately 3 metres x 2.5 metres x 1 metre deep
- For stays less that 7 nights an additional £70 cleaning fee is charged.
- Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis, so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
