Overview
We are delighted to introduce five-bedroom Villa Jonathan, a spacious and well-appointed villa ideally located just a short walk from the beach clubs of Kalamar Bay and the restaurants and supermarket along Kalamar Road. Offering generous indoor and outdoor living, the villa is perfectly suited to families or groups seeking comfort and space in a prime coastal location.
Inside, the villa features bright open-plan living with a fully equipped kitchen and five comfortable bedrooms arranged over three levels, including four doubles and a twin. Several bedrooms benefit from en-suite facilities, private balconies, and lovely views across Kalamar Bay or the surrounding mountains.
Outside, the villa boasts a large private freshwater pool with both steps and ladder access, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Shaded al-fresco dining with a gas BBQ, relaxed seating areas, a poolside shower, and games including table tennis and table football create an inviting space for long, leisurely Mediterranean days.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The entrance door opens into the open plan living area. The well-equipped kitchen has a built-in microwave, separate oven and gas hob, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, toaster and kettle. The living area has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a large flat-screen TV with English speaking channels plus a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead out onto the pool terrace. The dining table seats 8 comfortably.
This floor also has a double bedroom with sliding glass doors leading out to the pool terrace. The shower room is next door to this bedroom and also serves as a cloakroom for this floor.
First Floor
This floor is dedicated to three very spacious double bedrooms. The 'Blue' room has an en-suite shower room with its own private balcony overlooking the mountains.
The 'Purple' room is the master bedroom and has a stunning semi-circular picture window with fabulous views across Kalamar Bay. There is also an en-suite bathroom with integral shower and a private balcony with two chairs.
The 'Pink' bedroom has an en-suite shower room and private balcony with two chairs from which to enjoy the sea views.
Second Floor
At the top of the marble staircase is the twin bedroom with sliding doors to access the roof terrace. Here you will find a large sofa and chairs arranged around a coffee table – the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views and maybe a sun downer before heading into town for dinner.
The shower room for this bedroom is just across the landing which also has a utility area with washing machine, ironing board, iron and airer.
Outside The Villa
The villa is accessed up stone steps from the quiet street below via a metal gate. The generously sized pool terrace has 10 sun loungers and 3 parasols around the large freshwater pool. This has a ladder at one end and steps at the other for easy access. There is a large dining table with 8 chairs beneath a pergola for al fresco dining and a gas BBQ is available for guests use. There also is a large sofa and two armchairs around a coffee table under the covered eaves of the villa and its elevated position provides wonderful views across to Kalamar Bay.
