The Garden Court Apartments are brand new and very welcome addition to the Kalkan holiday rental market.Their enviable location, just off the 'Kalamar road', is within 5-7 minutes’ walk of the vibrant old town dining scene, boutique shops and local beach.
Each of the 3 apartments is bright, spacious and beautifully furnished. The complex benefits from a large shared pool and landscaped gardens, complete with über comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a cushioned seating area.
The whole complex can be let as a single villa, allowing 14 people to holiday together, but retain an element of privacy within their own self-contained apartment.
The Roof Terrace Apartment is a three-bedroom residence arranged over two beautifully designed floors and offers a private pool, sun terrace and spectacular sea and mountain views.

Steps lead to the upper floor and a second, stylishly furnished living and sleeping space; reading chairs and sofas, a bar with a fridge and a sink, complete the layout.
Sliding glass doors lead out onto a private sun terrace.
Bedroom 3 – A comfortable, modern style bedroom, decorated in calming neutral tones, this room contains a double bed, spacious wardrobe, makeup table and bedside tables with fabulous sea views.
Entrance Level
The entrance, accessed via steps from the road, and small garden area, leads into a stylish, and airy open plan living space. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need, including: a large fridge/freezer, dish washer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The spacious living area has a large corner sofa, reading chair, coffee table, dining table and huge Smart television. It is the perfect setting to relax and unwind.
Full length sliding doors open to a large balcony, perfect for alfresco dining.

- A welcome pack is not provided at these apartments, however if you would like any shopping items delivered ahead of your arrival this can be arranged with at least 3 clear days' notice (payment for your shopping items is to be made locally the day after your arrival)
- Cleaning and linen changes are provided on a weekly basis – ie: if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
- The pool on the roof terrace is not suitable for children
