The Garden Court Apartments are brand new and very welcome addition to the Kalkan holiday rental market.Their enviable location, just off the 'Kalamar road', is within 5-7 minutes’ walk of the vibrant old town dining scene, boutique shops and local beach.
Each of the 3 apartments is bright, spacious and beautifully furnished. The complex benefits from a large shared pool and landscaped gardens, complete with über comfortable sun loungers, parasols and a cushioned seating area.
The whole complex can be let as a single villa, allowing 14 people to holiday together, but retain an element of privacy within their own self-contained apartment.

Entrance Level
The entrance, accessed via steps from the road, and small garden area, leads into a stylish, and airy open plan living space. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you need, including: a large fridge/freezer, dish washer, oven, 4 ring hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The spacious living area has a large corner sofa, reading chair, coffee table, dining table and huge Smart television. It is the perfect setting to relax and unwind.
Full length sliding doors open to a large balcony, perfect for alfresco dining.
