Villa Lalhal is a stylish and spacious five-bedroom villa ideally located in the heart of Kalkan, just a 10-minute walk from the harbour, restaurants and shops. Set within a mature, multi-level garden, the villa offers privacy, comfort and generous outdoor space, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking both relaxation and convenience.
Inside, the villa is bright and contemporary, featuring five well-proportioned en-suite bedrooms, a modern open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances. Accommodation
Ground Floor
The front door opens onto a light and airy sitting room with a large L-shaped sofa, two arm chairs, coffee table and flat screen TV which has Sky available. There is also Playstation 4 available and even a record player with vinyls that guests are welcome to play.
Sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace and there is a cloakroom on this level as well.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with all new Bosch appliances which include a fridge/freezer, built in microwave and oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. There is also a water cooler available in the sitting room area.
Lower Ground Floor
There are two double bedrooms on this level with sliding doors out to the courtyard and games area. They both have en-suite shower facilities and a hair dryer is provided for each bedroom. The washing machine can also be found on this level in a large cupboard on the landing that also has an iron and ironing board for guests' use.
First Floor
This floor has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower facilities and private balconies accessed through sliding doors. There are two comfy chairs and a small coffee table on each balcony to enjoy the views down to the harbour.
Second Floor
This has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and wonderful views of Kalkan Bay. There is a wrap around balcony with a private Jacuzzi and 2 sun loungers on the roof terrace to enjoy the last of the sun.
Outside The Villa
You enter the villa from the street up a few steps through a wooden door that opens into a lovely courtyard which has a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. There is also a covered area with table tennis, table football and a pool table available.
Steps lead up to the front door and the pool terrace. The pool can be heated if required and is surrounded by 10 sun loungers and plenty of parasols. There is also a large outside dining table with 10 chairs and towards the back of the villa, a covered area with sofas and 2 swing basket chairs. A gas BBQ and a built in BBQ are also available to enjoy al-fresco dining.
