Bedroom 1 – On the ground floor you will find a twin-bedded room with en-suite facilities and direct access to the pool and garden.

Bedroom 2 – There is also a double bedroom on this level with glass doors providing direct access to the pool and garden. Guests staying in this room would use the adjacent bathroom which also serves as the ground floor guest cloakroom.

The entrance to Villa Tranquillity is via a gravel driveway that leads to the side/rear of the property. Double doors open to the first floor living area. The generous sized open plan living space comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for entertaining guests and a living area with ample seating and an LED TV with movies, UK sports TV, a Playstation 4 & XBOX.

The kitchen is fitted with Bosch appliances and includes a dishwasher, microwave and a central island. The dining area seats 8 guests.

The elegantly furnished living area provides a comfortable space in which to relax. There is a feature fireplace plus a LED TV and DVD player with a generous movie library perfect for keeping everyone entertained.

A guest cloakroom is also located by the front entrance.

A stone staircase leads to the upper floors where four of the bedrooms are located. Another staircase leads down to the remaining two bedrooms.

Bedroom 3 – On this floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom fitted with a bathtub positioned to enjoy scenic views out to the mountains. This bedroom has a large shared furnished balcony.

Bedroom 4 – You will find yet another king size dobule bedroom on this floor with an en-suite shower room and shares the large balcony with sea and mountain views.

Bedroom 5 – The final bedroom on this floor is a twin room, with en-suite facilities and views of the hills and countryside.

Bedroom 6 – The third floor comprises a twin bedroom and separate gym area which includes an exercise bike, multi gym machine, skipping rope and yoga mat. Glass doors open on to a furnished roof terrace with sea and mountain views. This private roof terrace has breath-taking views and is furnished with a day bed and also a telescope, so it’s perfect for stargazing.

Outside, a large sun terrace surrounds the pool; here you can laze away the day and enjoy the 15 metre x 6 metre freshwater swimming pool. The beautifully landscaped gardens encompass many different private areas with mature trees, fragrant plants and shrubs. The lower terrace fruit garden has hammocks for peaceful snoozing or reading away from the kids splashing in the pool. Plenty of sun loungers and parasols are provided, together with an al-fresco dining area with a BBQ and table tennis.
