This apartment is situated on the first floor, to the front of the building. It has an open plan living area with TV, dining table and modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner.
The sofa and armchair can convert into beds if required.
The bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to a shower room next door.
This apartment has views over the cobbled street outside that leads down towards the sea.
Roof Terrace
This level has access to a communal sun terrace with tables and chairs. This terrace has amazing sea views and during the day time, an electronic awning provides welcome shade. A WC is also provided on this level.
