Flat No. 2 is a ground-floor apartment located at the rear of the building. It features a bright open-plan living area with TV, dining space, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished with its own TV and has access to a modern shower room. With views over the charming cobbled street, secure keypad entry, and lift access throughout the building, this apartment offers comfort and convenience in a prime central location.
At the top of the building, guests have access to a spacious communal sun terrace, furnished with tables and chairs and offering stunning sea views across Kalkan Bay.

It has an open plan living area with TV, dining table and modern kitchen with fridge, washing machine, freestanding oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ample crockery, glassware and cookware are provided, together with a clothes airer and a vacuum cleaner.
The sofa and armchair can convert into beds if required.
The bedroom has a double bed, TV and access to a shower room next door.

This level has access to a communal sun terrace with tables and chairs. This terrace has amazing sea views and during the day time, an electronic awning provides welcome shade. A WC is also provided on this level.
