Overview
We are very pleased to add the recently renovated Aimee’s to our portfolio of 2-bedroom properties in Kalkan. This wonderful, fully air-conditioned villa is located in the Kalamar Bay area and offers exceptionally spacious accommodation designed as a true home-from-home — perfect for small families, friends, and couples.
Its sun-trapped pool (shared with just four villas) is generously proportioned and provides plenty of sunny and shaded spots for relaxation. Featuring breathtaking panoramic views of the bay, the private roof terrace is ideal for al-fresco dining, soaking up the sun, and savouring the stunning sunsets. Why not prepare a fabulous BBQ and then unwind on the outdoor loungers and beanbags?
Within a two-minute walk, you’ll find the Kulube and Kalamar Beach Clubs, a PADI dive centre, and one or two excellent restaurants. Many more restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are within a 10-minute stroll, while Kalkan Old Town is a pleasant 15–20 minute walk or a short taxi ride away. Ground Floor
Flooded with natural light from patio doors opening onto a balcony featuring outdoor dining furniture and mountain views, the roomy lounge is beautifully furnished with two large stylish sofas and a SMART flat-screen TV (perfect for visitors wishing to access their Netflix account).
The large modern kitchen is well-equipped for self-caterers with its large fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, washing machine and water dispenser.
First Floor
Upstairs are two generously sized, light and airy bedrooms.
The front-facing fully furnished master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, a newly installed en-suite bathroom and a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee whilst watching the daybreak over beautiful surroundings.
The second bedroom, set up as a twin or king-size depending on your preference. This bedroom has use of a newly installed separate bathroom featuring a powerful shower.
Roof Terrace
The villa’s large roof terrace offers the perfect space for relaxation on brand new comfy seating, bean bags and sun loungers, while the turquoise pergola provides plenty of shade. Sit back and admire the stunning sunset with a glass of wine!
Outside The Villa
The sun-trapped pool (shared between 4 apartments) can be directly accessed from the villa. There’s plenty of comfortable sunny and shady spots around the pool and gardens, as well as two private balconies and a roof-top terrace overlooking the bay.

- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out on a weekly basis (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change provided, although additional cleaning and linen changes can be arranged upon request and at extra cost)
- A welcome pack is not provided at this property – we are able to arrange one for you at an additional cost of £15 if required. Alternatively, we can arrange for a list of items to be delivered to the villa ahead of your arrival which you can pay for at your welcome meeting – we will need at least 1 week's notice for either option
- Prices shown above are per villa per week – maximum number of guests = 4.
