Villa Yahvi is a stylish three-bedroom villa for up to six guests, set in an elevated position with sweeping, uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay. Its convenient location places local shops and amenities within easy reach, while Kalkan’s charming old town and its celebrated rooftop dining scene are just a short 15 minute walk away. Every level of the villa is designed to showcase the stunning panorama, creating a serene backdrop throughout your stay.
Inside, the villa offers bright, contemporary living with an open-plan ground floor leading directly to the private pool terrace. Two en-suite bedrooms occupy the first floor, both with beautiful sea views, while the top floor is dedicated to a spacious master suite opening onto a roof terrace perfect for sunbathing or stargazing. Modern comforts such as WiFi, air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen ensure a relaxed, effortless holiday experience.
Outdoors, guests can unwind on the generous sun terrace with its infinity pool, children’s plunge pool, alfresco dining area and comfortable lounge seating. Pool heating and a stone-built BBQ add extra touches for an enjoyable stay. Ground Floor
The main entrance door leads into the spacious open plan living area with contemporary-designed kitchen which is well equipped with appliances such as gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a microwave. The property is also equipped with WiFi, flat screen TV and DVD player. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open onto the spacious private pool terrace.
There is also a WC on this level.
First Floor
There are two en-suite bedrooms on this level; one double and one twin, each with sea view. stunning sea views.
Second Floor
The spacious master bedroom suite is located on this floor. This has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The king-size bed faces directly out towards the roof terrace and to stunning views across the bay.
There is a small fridge to enjoy your cold drink while sunbathing or stargazing on the beautiful roof terrace.
Outside The Villa
Large private sun terrace with infinity pool from which guests can enjoy the sea views over Kalkan Bay. The terrace is comfortably furnished with a sofa seating set, sun-loungers, parasols and table for alfresco dining.
The pool is approximately 7 metres x 4 metres (and 1.5 – 1.7 metres deep). A new plunge / children's pool has been added for the 2020 season, along with pool heating and a large stone-built BBQ (additional costs apply for pool heating).

- Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided – ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be carried out. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
