Overview
We’re delighted to introduce Villa Lumiere 3, a striking contemporary 5-bedroom villa ideally located just a 12–15 minute walk from the heart of Kalkan. Positioned alongside Villas Lumiere 1 and 2, it’s an excellent choice for families or groups of friends, and can be booked together with its neighbours for larger parties seeking both space and proximity.
Inside, the villa offers a sleek open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, flooded with natural light and designed for relaxed luxury living. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open onto the pool terrace, while the modern kitchen and generous dining space make entertaining effortless. The ground floor features a stylish en-suite double bedroom with garden access, while the first floor hosts three further en-suite bedrooms, all with balconies and lovely views.
The highlight is the second-floor master suite, opening onto a private roof terrace with sun loungers, elegant seating and a Jacuzzi—perfect for sunset drinks. Ground Floor
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.
The dining table seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.
Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.
The first of the villa’s 5 bedrooms is located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.
A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.
First Floor
Double bedroom with en-suite shower area screened off by a frosted glass panel. This bedroom has a balcony to the side of the property.
Double bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a front-facing balcony that runs across the whole width of the property. This balcony is shared with the adjacent bedroom and is furnished with tables and chairs.

Second Floor
A stunning double bedroom suite is located on this level. This has a double bed and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead out onto the villa’s roof terrace.

The villa’s roof terrace is furnished with two sun-loungers, a comfortable seating set and a Jacuzzi. An idea spot from which to enjoy a sundowner while taking in the breath-taking views.
Outside The Villa
Own pool with surrounding terrace – this is furnished with sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set and table tennis.
