Entrance leading into the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area for 10 guests and lounge area with large, comfy L-shaped sofa, coffee table and TV.
Sliding glass doors lead out on to the terrace and pool area. There is a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room and also a separate WC on this level.
Lower Ground Floor
Master double bedroom with Jacuzzi bath, dressing room and en-suite shower room.
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and shared garden/terrace area.
A large corridor leads to a utility room and garage/games room with pool table and table tennis.
Please note that this level does not have sea views.
First Floor
Two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and furnished balconies with magnificent sea views.
Outside The Villa
The large terrace gives you plenty of space to enjoy those fabulous views. There is shaded dining area and also a covered lounge area and coal barbecue.
10 sun loungers and 3 large parasols are provided.
The inviting swimming pool is accessed by a ladder and is approximately 9 metres x 4 metres x 1.8 metres deep.
