We are delighted to add this beautifully refurbished three bedroom property to our portfolio of luxury villas.
Beyaz Kelebek enjoys an enviable location very close to the sea and has its own private beach platform with direct access into the crystal clear water.
The villa has been imaginatively designed, incorporating frontages of curved glass, combined with more traditional features to provide elegant and comfortable accommodation. Other attributes include a mature and very private garden, a spacious terrace with barbecue and a large pool overlooking the broad sweep of the bay.
Beautiful sea and mountain views can be enjoyed from all aspects of the villa.

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The villa's entrance opens out onto a reception lobby area leading directly into a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating, TV/DVD player and a separate dining area with seating for up to eight guests.
The modern kitchen area is well-equipped and includes a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor, water cooler, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
A guest WC is also located on this level.
First Floor
This floor houses the villa’s three bedrooms; two doubles and a twin. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and each has a private balcony / terrace with stunning views across the bay.
Outside The Villa
Curved sliding doors run across the majority of the frontage which afford spectacular views of the bay. These doors open onto the spacious terrace, garden and pool area which look directly out to sea.
The pool terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and a shaded dining area with barbecue. There are also comfortable seating areas which are perfect for reading, enjoying pre-dinner drinks or having a quiet snooze.
Mature gardens surround the villa, offering a high level of privacy, while a Jacuzzi pool on the upper terrace adds a touch of luxury.
The villa has its own bathing platform with direct access to the sea and in addition, a beach club, with restaurant facilities, sun-loungers and parasols, is less than one minute away from the villa.
There is also a small convenience store nearby for essentials (we are able to arrange shopping deliveries if you require a more substantial shop).
The beautiful Village of Kalkan is just across the bay. A water taxi service operates from the nearby beach club approximately every 30 minutes. Taxi's are also easily available – we will supply you with a number of a local taxi driver who you can message via WhatsApp to summon a taxi at any time.
