Nar Evi is a stylish contemporary villa set on a quiet residential road in Kalamar Bay, enjoying beautiful sea views across the bay and islands beyond. Just a five-minute walk from the sea and close to local cafés and restaurants, it offers a peaceful setting with Kalkan town around a 20-minute walk away.
The villa is light and airy, with an open-plan living and kitchen area that opens onto a sea-facing terrace, perfect for relaxed indoor-outdoor living and al fresco dining.
Three spacious en-suite bedrooms are arranged over the upper floors, each with large balconies or a private terrace offering uninterrupted views. Outside, a generous pool, sun loungers and shaded seating areas create an inviting space to unwind and enjoy a luxurious coastal escape.

On the entrance level, Nar Evi offers a bright, open-plan living room and fully equipped kitchen. A coffee machine is provided with complimentary capsules on arrival, and additional capsules can be purchased from the villa’s management company. Concertina doors open onto the terrace, complete with comfortable outdoor seating and an alfresco dining area.
First Floor
The first floor features two spacious en-suite bedrooms – one with a large double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms boast generous balconies with breathtaking views.
Second Floor
On the second floor is the Master bedroom with en-suite and a large private terrace with fabulous uninterrupted sea views.
Outside The Villa
Nar Evi features a generous pool with a spacious terrace furnished with ample sun loungers, plus a shaded seating area for relaxing in comfort.

- The cleaning team will carry out a full mid-week clean and another at the end of each week. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen weekly
- The villa is fully air-conditioned
- The villa is equipped with a satellite TV, DVD player and large flat screen and has wireless internet connection and iPod docking station
- A welcome pack is not provided at this property, but we can arrange for shopping to be delivered ahead of your arrival if you supply us with a list at least a week ahead of your arrival date
- Daily bread delivery can be arranged if required
