Villa Palmiye is a luxurious and spacious detached villa just 150 metres from the sea, enjoying stunning panoramic views across Kalkan Bay. Ideally located at the entrance to the popular Kisla area, the villa is within easy walking distance of beach clubs and less than 100 metres from the nearest supermarket, making it both exclusive and convenient.

Inside, the villa has been recently renovated to a high standard and offers light-filled, contemporary living throughout. The main villa features an elegant open-plan lounge and modern kitchen opening onto the pool terrace, along with four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms spread over two upper floors, each with its own balcony. A separately accessed one-bedroom apartment at entrance level provides added flexibility and privacy, ideal for older teens or adults.

Outside, Villa Palmiye truly shines with a generous infinity-edged saline pool, Roman steps, shaded alfresco dining area and stone BBQ. Comfortable seating areas are perfect for relaxing, while a dedicated games room with pool table and table tennis adds an extra touch of indulgent fun.

Ground Floor

At ground level, a few steps up from the villa’s private garage, is a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment with a furnished terrace and beautiful sea views.

This apartment comprises a lounge with open plan kitchen, furnished with comfortable sofas, glass dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is a twin with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and sea views (this bedroom can also be confiigured as a double room if required). There is an alfresco dining table and comfortable seating on the terrace in front of this apartment.

As this apartment is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, it’s not suitable for young unaccompanied children, but is ideal for older teens or adults who want their own space and privacy.

First Floor

First floor hosts a spacious and airy open plan lounge with fully equipped modern kitchen including a breakfast bar. Doors open out on to a very spacious pool terrace.

There is a double bedroom with en-suite facilities situated on this floor.

Second Floor

This floor houses 3 bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), each with en-suite facilities and own balcony.

Outside The Villa

Villa Palmiye has a good-sized infinity-edged pool with roman style steps, shaded alfresco dining area with stone BBQ, comfortable sofas, plus a separate games room with pool table and table tennis at the rear of the property. The pool is saline (not chlorinated).
