Accommodation
Ground Floor
This level houses the spacious living area which opens out onto the pool terrace. A flat-screen TV with DVD player is provided. The open plan kitchen is fully-fitted with modern appliances including oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee-maker. A dining area (to seat 6) is also provided.
A double bedroom is located on this floor – this has a King size bed and an en-suite shower room.
First Floor
This level houses a further double bedroom with King size bed, balcony and en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms, each with with en-suite shower room. These two bedrooms share a balcony.
Second Floor
A master double bedroom occupies this floor – this room has a King size bed, en-suite shower room, Jacuzzi bath and access to the villa’s fabulous roof terrace with further open air Jacuzzi overlooking Kalkan bay.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a splendid pool (approximately 11 metres x 4 metres) with water feature and shallow section for loungers. This is surrounded by a terrace furnished with ample loungers and parasols.
An al-fresco dining area is provided, together with a comfortable seating area.
A poolside shower, pool table, table football and a BBQ are also provided. The pool can be heated in April, May, October and November – additional costs apply (please ask for details at the time of booking).
