Overview
A beautiful new addition to our portfolio – The Cactus House, a recently renovated and substantial property in a secluded area of Kalkan offering 4 en-suite bedrooms and complete privacy.
The entire property has undergone a complete and total renovation (with no expense spared), both internally and externally to provide a luxury retreat that ticks almost every box on anyone's wish-list for a private villa; the only exception being that it's not located on the waterfront. But, the owners have even thought of a solution to that, as they've brought the water to you! The main pool is the biggest we've seen in a private villa in Kalkan, complete with an explorable cave, waterfall and two waterslides! And if that's not enough, the main pool feeds into an indoor pool (with retractable roof).
Coupled with this and the amazing panoramic views, The Cactus House is sure to be very popular with our most discerning guests.
Kalkan town, with its array of rooftop restaurants, lies just a few minutes' drive away from the villa, but once inside The Cactus House, you may not want to leave!

Accommodation
Ground Floor
The front door leads into a hallway with a cloak room on the left and the well equipped kitchen on the right with a breakfast bar with 3 stools. Within the kitchen is a large fridge freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas hob with extractor fan, coffee machine, water cooler, toaster and kettle.
The dining room seats 8 comfortably just off the kitchen with a reception room with a sofa and armchairs. Next to this is the living room which has a large L-shaped sofa spaced around a coffee table with a smart TV. Glass doors lead out to a covered terrace with a small dining table with 6 chairs and a swing seat from which to enjoy the views.
A glass door off the dining room area leads to a side terrace with a large wooden dining table with 8 chairs and a portable BBQ for guests to enjoy al fresco dining.
Lower Ground Floor
Next to the saltwater indoor pool with water feature and sun loungers, is the gym, a hamam, a sauna and a cinema room with a children's play area as well.
First Floor
The master bedroom has a 4 poster bed with a jacuzzi bath within the room as well as twin porcelain basins. There is also an ensuite shower room with wc and glass doors open out onto the balcony with sea views.
The second double bedroom on this floor has a swing seat at the end of the bed with an ensuite shower room and glass doors lead to the covered private balcony with sea views.
There are two further bedrooms on this floor, the children's' twin room has an ensuite shower room and the larger twin room can be made into a double on request, also with an ensuite shower room
Second Floor
Under the low eaves is a cushioned seating area with glass doors leading to the roof terrace with a round wrought iron table and chairs from which to enjoy the panoramic views.
Outside The Villa
The large saltwater pool has two water slides and a cave with shallow areas and steps to access the water. On one side of the pool are two day beds and a swinging sofa bed as well. There are further sun loungers around the pool with parasols. There is also a table tennis table and an ottoman seating area within the extensive gardens.

- Prices are per villa, per week. Maximum number of guests – 8, although additional children / teenagers can be accommodated in the cinema room on single-sized mattresses if required (please ask about this at the time of booking) .
