Overview
We’re delighted to present Serin Ev, an elegantly understated yet exceptionally luxurious five-bedroom villa set in the prestigious Komurluk district of Kalkan. Ideally located within easy walking distance of the town beach, harbour and the popular Palm Beach Club, this refined retreat enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views across Kalkan Bay and a serene, private setting.
Occupying a generous 600 square metre plot, Serin Ev offers over 300 square metres of beautifully designed living space. The villa’s architecture celebrates simplicity and quality, with spacious, uncluttered interiors, natural tones and striking floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors that effortlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. Accommodation
Ground Floor
This level offers an open plan living a space which incorporates a raised lounge area with large flat screen TV and DVD player. The lounge leads down to the modern L- shaped kitchen and dining area.
Also located on this floor is a large twin bedroom with adjacent shower bathroom (that also serves as the WC for this floor), plus a separate utility room.
First Floor
The wide and airy landing on this level, leads off to three bedrooms and bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a stunning view through its wide opening doors onto the balcony. It has white fitted wardrobes along the length of one wall that cleverly hide a dressing table. The only other decoration in this room is an over sized white floor standing mirror. The en suite shower bathroom has a walk in shower overlooking the sea and his and hers basins.
The guest double bedroom is of a similar proportion with mirrored fitted wardrobes that reflect the sea views throughout the room. Again this is simply furnished with a great feeling of space. It has a private en suite shower bathroom and private sea view balcony.
The twin bedroom on this floor has windows to the side, mirrored fitted wardrobes and an additional sofa / day bed plus a private corner sea view balcony. This room is adjacent to the family bathroom with separate bath, separate shower and dual basins.
Second Floor
On the roof level, is a bright and spacious landing that leads out to the stunning roof terrace. This roof floor has a twin bedroom and separate bathroom, both of which benefit from large skylight windows. Please note that as this bedroom is built into the eaves, it has limited ceiling height in some areas.
Outside The Villa
Outside is a private infinity pool (8 metres x 4.5 metres – depth ranges from 1.45 metres – 1.70 metres). This incorporates a shallow seating area.
There's also a shaded al-fresco dining area and a stone built in BBQ.
Serin Ev also has a separate TV lounge complete with table tennis, DVD, sound system and comfy sofa. Perfect for youngsters and those looking for ‘time out’ from the sun.
Private off road parking is provided and there are mature gardens to the rear of the villa.

- The villa has a coffee machine and a small supply of complimentary capsules will be provided on arrival. These can be replaced by purchasing them from the management company who look after the villa
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day, therefore, if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change will be provided. If staying for 2 weeks, you will receive x3 cleans and linen changes during your stay
