Ground Floor
The villa's entrance opens out onto a large open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a 55inch Smart Samsung TV with built in Netflix, Apple & Amazon Prime apps (to allow guests to use their own accounts) and a separate dining area with seating for up to eight guests.
The modern kitchen area is well-equipped and includes a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, oven, hob and extractor, water cooler, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and a Nespresso Krups Coffee Maker with Starbucks coffee.
The first of the villa's three bedrooms is located on this level; a double bedroom with en-suite shower/WC. This bedroom enjoys views of the gardens and the sea.
First Floor
This floor comprises a double master bedroom and second twin bedroom. Each has an en-suite bathroom with shower/WC and each has a private balcony with stunning views across the bay.
Outside The Villa
Curved sliding doors run across the majority of the frontage which afford spectacular views of the bay. These doors open onto the spacious terrace, garden and pool area which look directly out to sea.
The pool terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and a dining area with barbecue which overlooks the private pool and fabulous views beyond.
Next to the pool there is a Pergola which is ideal for escaping the heat of the afternoon sun. This is furnished with comfortable cushions, chairs and table. This area is perfect for reading, enjoying pre-dinner drinks or having a quiet snooze.
A Table Tennis table is also available for guests to use.
Mature gardens surround the villa and provide a high level of privacy.
A beach club, with crystal clear water, restaurant facilities, sun-loungers and parasols, is less than one minute away from the villa. There is also a small convenience store nearby for essentials (we are able to arrange shopping deliveries if you require a more substantial shop).
The beautiful Village of Kalkan is just across the bay. A water taxi service operates from the nearby beach club approximately every 30 minutes. Taxi's are also easily available – we will supply you with a number of a local taxi driver who you can message via WhatsApp to summon a taxi at any time.
