We’re delighted to introduce this contemporary three-bedroom duplex apartment to our luxury collection, perfectly positioned in Kalkan’s highly sought-after old town. Just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour, town beach and renowned restaurants, the apartment enjoys a wonderfully convenient location while offering spectacular views over Kalkan Bay, the town below and Mouse and Snake Islands—best appreciated from the stylishly furnished upper terrace.
Set within an intimate complex of just six apartments, guests benefit from access to a uniquely designed communal swimming pool and attractive sun terrace. Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and thoughtfully laid out over two levels, with a modern open-plan living and dining area, a sleek fitted kitchen and contemporary furnishings throughout.
The upper level features two beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms and a generous terrace complete with outdoor kitchenette, BBQ, sun loungers and relaxed seating—an ideal space for al-fresco dining, sunset drinks and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of Kalkan.

Upper Floor
The apartment's remaining two bedrooms are located on this floor – both of which are accessed by their own private staircases.
The first bedroom is a double which has magnificent views of Kalkan bay and Mouse and Snake Islands. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room.
The second bedroom on this floor is the largest and can be configured as a double or a twin. It also has an en-suite shower room. This room has beautiful views out to the sea as well as over the town and mountains beyond.
Entrance Level
This floor has a spacious living area which is open plan in design and features a lounge/diner with an L shaped fitted kitchen complete with, oven, hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The lounge area has a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and WiFi internet connection. There's a sea view balcony that's accessed from this level with a table and chairs.
The first of the apartment's three bedrooms is located on this level – a single with town views. Although it is not an en-suite room it has a shower room adjacent to it, which also serves the lounge/dining area.
Outside The Apartment
Outside is a large balcony/terrace which can be accessed directly from the bedroom or from a door on the landing. This is the main outside space and as such features an outdoor kitchenette complete with sink, fridge and BBQ, as well as a comfy sofa, chairs and sun loungers. Shade is provided by a large parasol.

Points to note
- Cleaning and linen changes are carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day, so if staying for 1 week, there will be a mid-stay clean and linen change. If staying for 2 weeks, there will be 3 cleans and linen changes during your stay. Bins are emptied daily
- A welcome pack is provided for guests on arrival
- A safe is provided for guests' use
- Prices shown above are per apartment per week (not per person). Maximum number of guests = 5.
- Monday or Saturday changeovers are preferred – other arrival / departure days will be at owner's discretion.
