On the ground floor (pool level) , there are two further bedrooms – one with a kingsize bed and the other with a double bed. Each of these have en-suite shower rooms and patio doors that lead out onto the pool terrace. A fifth bedroom is also located on this level – this bedroom is separately-accessed from the pool terrace and has a double bed with an en-suite shower room (please note that as this room is separately-accessed from the main part of the house, it's not suitable for young children).

A utility area with washing machine, iron and ironing board can be found on this floor.

The living area is situated on the first floor and is open plan with comfortable seating and equipped with a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There's also a DVD player, a dining area to seat 6 guests and the kitchen includes appliances such as dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer together with a breakfast bar. A WC is also situated on this level. The living area has a large furnished balcony with sea views. Outside steps from this level lead down to the pool terrace.

On the second floor are two bedrooms – one with a kingsize bed and the other with twin beds. Each of these has an en-suite shower room and a balcony with table and chairs and beautiful sea views.

The villa's top floor consists of a furnished roof terrace with panoramic views over Kalkan bay plus a Jacuzzi plunge pool.

The villa has its own private pool with ample sun-loungers and parasols. A BBQ and an al-fresco dining area to seat 8 people is located next to the swimming pool together with an outdoor kitchenette with a fridge for keeping your drinks cool throughout the day.
