Accommodation

Ground Floor

Large open plan kitchen, dining area and living area. The kitchen features granite work surfaces and is extremely well-equipped with modern fitted appliances including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and extractor and microwave.

The dining table seats up to 6 guests. Doors from this area lead out onto the spacious pool terrace and outdoor dining area.

The living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa plus flat-screen TV and DVD player.

Two of the apartment's three bedrooms are located on this level – a spacious double with direct access to the pool terrace and a twin. These bedrooms have use of a separate shower room on the same level.

Upper Floor

The third bedroom (the master) is located on this floor. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room plus a furnished balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside The Apartment

The apartment features a large private pool and sun terrace for sole use of the occupants of this property. The terrace is furnished with ample cushioned sun-loungers and parasols. The terrace has lovely mountain views across the olive groves that surround the property. An al-fresco dining area (seating 6) plus a BBQ are provided.

The centre of Kalkan is an approximate 10 minute walk away and a large supermarket is just a few minutes' walk.
