Accommodation
Ground Floor
Spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating, TV with DVD player plus a fireplace.
The dining area seats 8-10 guests.
The well-equipped kitchen features an island unit, Bosch fridge-freezer, built in microwave, oven hob and extractor, Nespresso coffee-maker, dishwasher, water cooler and breakfast bar.
Floor to ceiling windows and doors make the most of the fabulous views and provide access out onto the extensive pool terrace and al-fresco dining area.
A utility room is also located on this level – this has a WC plus washing machine, tumble drier and iron + ironing board.
Lower Ground Floor
This level has three bedrooms – two doubles plus a twin. Each has an en-suite shower room.
A TV / games room is also located on this floor. This is equipped with a pool table plus an X-Box games console as well as some gym equipment.
First Floor
This floor houses two exceptionally spacious ‘master’ bedroom suites.
Master bedroom suite 1 – An extremely spacious double with an en-suite shower room plus balcony with sea and harbour views (the shower room has twin basins and access to the balcony).
Master bedroom suite 2 – Another very spacious double with en-suite shower room plus balcony with sea and harbour views (the shower room has twin basins).
Outside The Villa
The villa has an extensive terrace, large infinity-edged pool, separate Jacuzzi / plunge pool, ample sun loungers and parasols, two sets of lounge furniture, shaded dining area (to seat 10 guests), poolside bar (equipped with fridge, sink and barstools), BBQ and table-tennis. The pool can be heated during low season months if required (see below for details).
The walk to Kalkan's public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 10 minutes. Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club. This popular beach club offers direct access to the sea via a spacious sundeck and small private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are av available for hire and the beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.
