The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area features a glass frontage that opens directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. All four bedrooms are en-suite, with private terraces or balconies overlooking the sea, providing comfort and privacy for every guest.

Outside, an impressive infinity pool is surrounded by stylish furnishings, sun loungers and shaded dining areas, perfect for relaxed days and evenings. Ground Floor

Large open plan living, dining + kitchen area with glass frontage allowing light to flood into the property and making the best of the sea views. Doors open out onto the pool terrace.

There are two double bedrooms on this level – each of these has an en-suite shower room and terrace area with sea view.

First Floor

There are two further bedrooms on this level (a double and a twin) – again, each of these has a spacious sea view balcony and en-suite facilities.

Annexe

Miya Evi also offers a separate annex away from the main house which provides a selection of sports equipment and also an office space.

Outside The Villa

Large infinity pool. Spacious terrace with comfortable furnishing, al-fresco dining area, ample sunloungers and parasols. Table tennis is provided on the terrace. The pool can be heated during low season months – extra costs apply (please ask for details at the time of booking).

The centre of Kalkan is less than a 10 minute walk away, and the ever-popular Yali Beach Club is also about the same distance.
