Ground Floor
The living area (entry level) of the apartment has an L-shaped sofa with a flatscreen TV and an open plan kitchen with an integral breakfast bar, cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher, plus a Nespresso Coffee machine (small pods). There is a dining area to seat up to 8 people and sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace.
Lower Ground Floor
The lower ground floor has three light and airy bedrooms. Two of the double bedrooms have an en-suite shower and guests using the third double bedroom have use of the family bathroom on this level. All the bedrooms have patio doors that open onto the garden terrace area with seating – this is secluded and affords some shade in the afternoon.
A washing machine is also located on this level for guests use.
Outside The Apartment
The spacious and sunny terrace has a large pool for sole use with roman steps to enter the water. An al-fresco dining area is also situated by the pool with 6 chairs plus a comfortable corner seating set.
