The spacious ground floor of the villa includes an open plan kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher, built in electric oven and microwave, coffee machine, ice machine, kettle, toaster and water cooler. The separate kitchen island has an electric hob with extractor fan and 4 bar stools around the breakfast bar.

The living area has two sofas and two armchairs spaced around a coffee table with a large Smart TV with English channels available. Sliding doors lead to the covered veranda and pool terrace with exceptional sea views across the bay.

There is also a separate WC located on this level as well as a washing machine under the stairs in the cupboard for guests’ use.

This floor is accessed down steps from the pool terrace which lead to a separate annex below the pool housing a double bedroom with en-suite shower (please note that this floor is separately accessed from the main part of the villa, therefore, the bedroom on this floor is not suitable for young unaccompanied children).

There is also a hamam with heated flooring on this level which is accessed through sliding doors.

The first bedroom at the stop of the marble stairs leads to a double bedroom with en-suite shower, wardrobes and a dressing table with stool. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the magnificent sea views.

The middle bedroom on this floor is a twin that can also be made into a double on request. There are wardrobes, dressing table with stool and en-suite shower room. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the views across the bay to the islands.

The last bedroom on this floor is a double with en-suite shower, built in wardrobes and dressing table with stool and sliding doors to the private wraparound balcony which also has two chairs and a small table from which to enjoy the panoramic sea views.

Outside the villa is a covered veranda with a comfortable seating set. A couple of steps lead down to the pool terrace with an infinity pool with internal steps and jacuzzi overlooking the sea. There is also a shaded pergola for al-fresco dining with a built-in seating area complete with dining table and chairs together with a BBQ area.

There are 8 sun loungers with parasols spaced around the pool.

The landscaped garden area at the rear of the property has some fruit trees that guests are welcome to pick when ripe.

Steps lead down to the villa’s own beach platform. This is furnished with sun-loungers, parasols plus a comfortable seating area. A freshwater shower is also provided for guests’ use.
