Entry level – The living area of the apartment has a large L-shaped sofa with an integral chaise long with a flatscreen TV (with access to UK channels) and a bluetooth speaker.
The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, a gas hob with an extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. There is also a round dining table with four chars.
Lower Ground Floor
This level has two light and airy bedrooms.
The double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a wardrobe, chest of draws, dressing table with chair and two bedside tables. Glass patio doors lead out to the garden patio which has comfortable seating as well as a table tennis table.
The twin bedroom has a wardrobe, dressing table and bedside table with glass patio doors leading out to the shared garden terrace area.
There is a separate shower room adjacent to the twin bedroom for guests using this room and a washing machine is located on this level as well for guests use.
Outside The Apartment
The freshwater pool has four sun loungers placed next to it with parasols.
There is a dining table with 6 chairs with a portable BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining as well as a comfortable seating area to relax by the pool.
