Accommodation
Ground Floor
Adjacent to a beautiful well-established garden, the ground floor accommodation compromises two double en-suite bedrooms and living areas. Outside, there is a pool table and table tennis provided.
The main bedroom has a double round Jacuzzi and there is also a gym which includes a cross trainer and treadmill.
There are garden views from this floor.
First Floor
This floor comprises the main living and dining area and at 110 square meters, it’s very spacious indeed. This area includes an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. Full length sliding glass doors and windows afford lovely sea and mountain views. The pool terrace can be accessed from this level.
Second Floor
The second floor comprises three further bedrooms, two doubles and a twin all with modern, en-suite bathrooms and their own sea view balconies.
The master bedroom is really spacious and includes a huge Jacuzzi and walk in shower. A large private balcony and floor to ceiling glass windows offer beautiful vistas to enjoy.
Third Floor
This floor showcases a huge master/ honeymoon suite with its own double Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower, ‘his & hers’ twin basins and toilets.
The room leads onto a stunning sun terrace complete with a private hot-tub, private bar and spectacular views of the bay.
Outside The Villa
As well as the previously-mentioned garden on the ground floor level, the villa has a large private infinity pool on the next level, with an al-fresco dining area, bar, stone BBQ and spacious sunbathing terraces.
