Overview

This attractive four-bedroom villa is set in the desirable Kisla area and enjoys beautiful sea views across the bay from its bedroom balconies and spacious roof terrace. Light, airy and welcoming, the villa offers generous living space, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends looking to relax and socialise together in comfort.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining areas flow seamlessly out to the pool terrace, while the well-equipped kitchen makes self-catering effortless. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged over several floors, providing privacy and flexibility, with the upper-level accommodation ideal for children. Throughout, the villa is fully air-conditioned and designed for relaxed Mediterranean living.

Outside, guests can enjoy a kidney-shaped swimming pool, shaded al-fresco dining, and a gas BBQ. For added entertainment, table football is provided, while nearby beach clubs offer water taxis to Kalkan harbour, completing this appealing coastal retreat.

Accommodation

Ground Floor

The front door leads into the living space with a WC for guests use and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The dining table seats 8 comfortably with sliding doors to the pool terrace. The living area has a fireplace with two arm chairs and a sofa set around a coffee table with a wall mounted flat screen TV.

First Floor

This floor has two twin bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and access to a private balcony with table and chairs.

Second Floor

This is the master bedroom with a king sized bed and a large en-suite bathroom with separate shower and WC. The balcony has a round table and 4 chairs from to enjoy the wonderful views across the bay.

Third Floor

This floor is built into the eaves and has 3 single beds and an en-suite shower room (please note that this room has limited ceiling height in certain areas, so it may only be suitable for children).

Glass doors lead out onto the roof terrace .

Roof Terrace

The roof terrace is furnished with a round table and chairs.

Outside The Villa

The kidney shaped pool has a ladder for access and is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and 2 parasols. The outside dining table seats 8 guests under a pergola and there is a gas BBQ to enjoy al-fresco dining.
