This magnificent luxurious 6-bedroom villa is definitely one of the new jewels in the Kalkan crown,set in the prestigious Kömurlük district of Kalkan, just moments from the renowned Palm and Zest Beach Clubs. Designed to impress, the villa sits on a generous plot and enjoys uninterrupted sunshine throughout the day, with breathtaking sea views and effortless access to the harbour and old town.

Accommodation

Lower Ground Floor

At lower ground floor level, is another twin bedroom with an en-suite wet room and access to a secluded rear terrace area.

The real surprise of the villa is at the lower ground level, where a large room has been designed to offer all sorts of leisure activities which include table tennis, billiard table, gym equipment (cross trainer, treadmill, exercise bike) and a TV + DVD area. This enormous area has its own WC and basin and small windows have been fitted to allow some natural light in while keeping the area cool.

First Floor

Up on the first floor, reached by a stylish marble staircase, are three more spacious bedrooms (two doubles and twin), each with an en-suite wet room. The main bedroom has lovely sea views, with a large curved window and a balcony. The second double bedroom on this floor has a Juliet balcony plus access to a terrace area. The twin bedroom has a balcony.

Second Floor

Here there is a further twin bedroom, with an en-suite wet room and a spacious roof terrace with stunning views.

Entrance Level

The villa’s entrance brings you into a spectacular open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with an almost full glass frontage. On this level, there is one double bedroom with en-suite wet room and access to a small private terrace and garden area.

Outside The Villa

Outside,you will be struck by the villa's unique architecture and spacious terrace area which features a shaded dining area to seat 12 guests. The elegantly curved infinity pool is approximately 60 square metres in area and can be heated at certain times of the year. The terrace and pool, uniquely for the area, get sun all day long.

All bedrooms have access to a private external seating area
Satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet access provided
Twice weekly clean and linen change (ie – if staying for 1 week, a mid-stay clean and linen change are provided. If staying for 2 weeks, a clean and linen change are carried out roughly every 3rd or 4th day)
Beach towels are provided for guests' use
A welcome pack is provided on arrival
Bottled water is provided via the drinks dispenser on the Fridge in the kitchen and a separate water dispenser in the basement
Villa Gozcu has a security alarm system and a large safe installed
Pool heating is available at this villa – extra costs apply. £350 per week during April and November / £300 per week during May and October / £250 per week during June and September. Please ask to add this at the time of booking.

Prices are per villa, per week (maximum number of guests – 12).
The walk to Kalkan’s public beach and the harbour area (with its array of quality restaurants) will take approximately 15 minutes. There is also a pathway that runs from Komurluk to the public beach and harbour area which will take about 10 minutes, however this is pretty rough underfoot
.Alternatively, you can access the harbour via water taxi from nearby Palm Beach Club. This popular beach club offers direct access to the sea via a spacious sundeck and small private beach. Sun loungers and parasols are available for hire and the beach club also has an excellent sea view restaurant.
