Despite its central location, the villa boasts lovely views across Kalkan Bay and the rooftops of the old town, offering the best of both convenience and scenery.

The villa has a security alarm system
The 5 minute walk to the heart of the old town is downhill all the way (the very popular 'Greek Street' is a 2 minute walk) – on the way back, there is a steep but short hill on the last part of the walk. There is another slightly longer route that can be taken to avoid this if necessary
