Villa Dolluca is a charming and beautifully maintained detached villa, set in a peaceful elevated position with truly breathtaking panoramic views over Kalkan village, the sparkling bay and the dramatic Taurus Mountains beyond. Just a short five-minute drive from the centre of Kalkan, the villa offers a wonderfully private retreat while remaining close to restaurants, beaches and local attractions.

Light-filled open-plan living spaces flow seamlessly onto the pool terrace, while upstairs both double bedrooms enjoy access to a spacious balcony—an idyllic spot for morning coffee or sunset drinks overlooking Mouse and Snake Islands.
Outside, the private pool terrace is a serene haven, featuring a decked seating area, shaded gazebo, alfresco dining and a stone BBQ, all framed by a mature garden of citrus trees.

Ground Floor
The ground floor has an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area and owing to the floor to ceiling windows, the property is flooded with natural light which adds to the spacious feel of the villa. The pool terrace is accessed by French doors from the dining area or from the living area.
First Floor
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each having access to a spacious balcony. This features a comfortable seating area with breathtaking views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands, making it a perfect place to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a sundowner before heading out to dinner.
Outside The Villa
The villa has a good-sized pool and terrace area which has recently been extended to incorporate a decked platform with comfortable seating and stunning sea views. This also overlooks a well-established garden, planted with lemon, orange and mandarin trees.
Also on the terrace is an al-fresco dining area plus a shaded gazebo which is the perfect spot to unwind and relax with a book and a glass of wine.
A stone-built BBQ is also located on the terrace.

- The villa is accessed by a number of descending steps – this may cause a problem for people with mobility problems
- Owing to the location of this villa, we would recommend car hire. Taxi’s are readily available if preferred
- Pool dimensions are approximately 7 metres x 4 metres and 1.5 metres deep. There are graduated steps at one end of the pool
